The Samsung electronics group of Company has maintained its position as number one in the market of LCD monitors by making sales of 6.21 million approximately. A survey by a research firm Display Search has also revealed that Samsung has globally topped the market for LCD monitors since 2006.
Samsung has taken 14.6 percent share in the market of LCD monitors. Moreover, Samsung was the only producer of LCD monitors which made the sales of more than five million units in the first quarter. It has given a tuff competition to the other companies and its region-specific models have made great sales in the market. Samsung has shown strong leadership not only with LCD Monitors but also with LED and large-sized monitor categories.
